The new 7 Leaves Cafe location will include buildout of a 2,000-square-foot tea house in new construction. There is no official word on when the location might open to the public, but state licensing information suggests construction could be complete by spring of 2023.

Some menu items include Green Thai Tea, Mint Sereno, and Strawberry Hibiscus. Guests can include add-ons such as grass jelly, boba, and aloe vera for added nutritional benefits. The menu also includes housemade macarons with flavors of chocolate, Earl Grey, sea salt caramel, and green tea.

“(W)e chop, peel, cook, stir, and press by hand in order to extract real flavors from raw ingredients such as fresh pandan leaves, mung bean, taro root, and passion fruit,” stated the brand’s website. In each 7 Leaves Cafe, a canvas of Gandhi’s famous quote, “be the change you wish to see in the world,” serves as a symbol and guidance for the brand in the creation of their products and their customer service.

The 7 Leaves Cafe at 11698 Bellaire Blvd., Ste. A in Houston will be another location for Houston franchise operator Paul Treng. There are two Houston 7 Leaves Cafe locations currently in operation—9798 Bellaire Blvd., Ste. B and 3825 Richmond Ave.
