7Spice Cajun Seafood is preparing to make a splash in Richmond as it expands to a new location at 10815 W Grand Pkwy S #110. Owner Vince Thai, who has a history of bringing bold Cajun flavors to Texas, will transform what was once a shuttered Salata Salad Kitchen into the newest hub for seafood lovers.

The new location will feature 1,540 square feet of space, allowing for an intimate yet dynamic dining experience. The scope of work, outlined in the permit, includes the complete interior construction of the restaurant, designed to bring the vibrant ambiance of 7Spice to life. Diners can expect a welcoming, Southern-inspired atmosphere, perfect for enjoying everything from boiled crawfish to shrimp po’boys.
Vince Thai’s plans for this Richmond location will provide another option for the local community, introducing them to his signature Cajun dishes. Richmond is in for a treat as 7Spice gears up to serve its spice-packed menu in the growing West Grand Parkway area.
According to a permit filed with the state, the build-out is slated to begin in November 2024, with an estimated cost of $300,000. With the project expected to be completed by June 2025, soon giving locals a new go-to spot for flavorful seafood with a Cajun kick.
