Black Rock Coffee, a brand known for its edgy vibe and exceptional brews, is gearing up to expand its presence in the Houston area with two new locations in Humble and Stafford. According to recently filed permits, the coffee chain is setting the stage for a significant growth phase.

The first location, slated for 3934 Farm to Market 1960 Bypass Rd W in Humble, will undergo a renovation and alteration project estimated at $300,000. The project will transform an existing lease space into a 2,061 square foot Black Rock Coffee shop. This new spot is set to offer a fresh, modern environment where local coffee enthusiasts can enjoy the brand’s signature drinks.
Not far behind, the second location at 11123 W Airport Blvd in Stafford is a more ambitious endeavor, with an estimated renovation cost of $2,500,000. This location will also occupy an existing lease space, covering 2,036 square feet. This expansion highlights Black Rock Coffee’s commitment to meeting the growing demand for high-quality coffee experiences in the greater Houston area.
With these new locations, Black Rock Coffee is not just expanding its footprint but also its impact on the local communities, providing new gathering spots for coffee lovers in Humble and Stafford. As the brand continues to grow, it’s clear that Black Rock Coffee is on a mission to become a key player in Houston’s vibrant coffee scene.
The Humble project is expected for construction to begin in November 2024 and wrap up by March 2025. Stafford construction is scheduled to start in November 2024, with an anticipated completion date in April 2025.
