A permit filed with the state indicates that the new establishment will be a ground-up construction featuring a drive-thru, designed to cater to the bustling demand of Cedar Park’s growing population.

The addition of a Chick-fil-A outlet in this location underscores the brand’s strategy of penetrating suburban markets with strong demographic growth potential.
