The Vale, a Conroe wedding and event venue, is getting a new reception hall. Travis and Leslie Postany, along with her parents, Keith and Deb Alexander, took ownership in 2022 as the property celebrated its 110-year birthday. Since then, the space has undergone a number of renovations including the most recent—a new reception hall.

According to The Vale website, the new reception hall will provide guests with a “reimagined space for drinks, dinner, and dancing.” The new space will include wooden beams, exposed brick, and a bar with antique glass exuding old-world vibes.

A recent project filing states the new building will be just over 4,500-sqare-feet and will include a small bar, catering kitchen, and storage in addition to the dining area. It will be built in the same area as the current reception hall on E. Phillips St. in Conroe. The filing states construction could be complete in late May.

Other recent upgrades include Chapel renovations, a remodeled Groom’s Lounge, a new Bridal Suite, and a new office.
