Andy’s Frozen Custard, the largest frozen custard-only chain in the United States, is coming to 8127 Jones Rd, Jersey Village, TX 77065, according to a permit on file. CSM Group, led by CEO Ali Lakhany, is at the helm of this new franchised location.
The Missouri-based custard shop began in 1986, and since has stolen sweet tooths with its continued expansion now with locations in 15 states. CSM Group is no stranger to franchise development, and is once again expanding with this new location of Andy’s Frozen Custard. And future customers should expect an up-to-date version of their soon-to-be newest custard spot.
This newly constructed Andy’s is estimated to cost a healthy $1.5 million, indicating CSM’s commitment to creating a worthy home for its newest investment. The shop is expected to be approximately 2,874 square feet, providing lots of room for dedicated work spaces for its employees as well as a great atmosphere for patrons to enjoy their delicious treats.
The project is expected to begin in October 2024, with a completion come August 2025.
