For the Tran duo, opening a Feng Cha location is more than just a business endeavor—it’s a realization of a long-held passion. “Our passion for tea runs deep and in our exploration to find the perfect tea shop we have discovered Feng Cha Teahouse that impressed us with its great selection of fresh drinks and relaxing environment,” shares Chris Tran. This commitment to excellence in both product and atmosphere resonated with the couple, inspiring them to bring the unique Feng Cha experience to Missouri City.

The new location will occupy a 1,400 square foot space, with construction costs estimated at $160,000. As the first Feng Cha in the area, Mia and Chris are eager to introduce their community to the brand’s diverse offerings, from refreshing fruit teas to creamy milk teas, all made with the finest ingredients.

While this is their first business venture, the Trans are confident that Feng Cha’s commitment to quality and service will resonate with the Missouri City community. The lease space buildout for the new drink shop is already in progress, with plans to open doors by the end of 2024.
