Flat Top Grill will be located in Gulf Coast Commercial Group’s 24-acre Lower Heights District, located just west of downtown Houston, at 2795 Katy Fwy., Ste. 100. The location will be the first for the chain in Texas. Renovations on the 2,200-square-foot space could be complete this summer, according to a recent project filing.

Flat Top Grill offers diners a variety of hand-crafted options in an upscale, full-service setting. Some starter menu items include Crab Rangoon Dip, wonton dumplings, and skewers of Kung Pao Steak, Ginger Chicken, or Dragon Shrimp.

You can create your own bowl of fresh ingredients or enjoy a Chef-Made Signature Entrée of fried rice or noodles. Ramen and poke are also available, plus hand-crafted mocktails and cocktails, beer, and wine.

Flat Top Grill is part of Mongolian Concepts Restaurant Group, which also operates Genghis Grill and BD’s Mongolian Grill. Flat Top Grill currently has locations in Illinois and in Indiana.
