The space at 653 Pin Oak Rd. in Katy currently provides retail shopping for a wide range of pre-packaged items, as well as baked goods. The cafe serves traditional Indian dishes.

Juan Colunga with Baytown Construction, LLC is the designer of the expansion. Colunga told What Now Houston that more than 6,000 square feet will be added to the current footprint including a second commercial kitchen and additional seating for dining. The current space will also be upgraded to improve finishes and shelving.

Joe Sebastian owns Indian Bazaar & Cafe. Sebastian told What Now Houston they hope to have everything completed this summer.
