While not much information is known yet, Karbach Building LLC is registered as the owner, and David Greenwood, one of the founders of Karbach Brewery, is listed as the tenant. Karbach Brewery was opened in 2011 by Greenwood, Chuck Robertson, Ken Goodman, and Brad Batson. The company has since become a staple craft beer brewery for the Greater Houston Area.

Karbach Brewery is also home to the Karbach Restaurant + Patio. This restaurant makes its own pizza dough out of the spent grain from Karbach R&D’s brewing system. A few of their pizza offerings include The Pub, Wild Mushroom, BBQ Chicken, and Roasted Garlic. They also serve burgers, tacos, and po’ boys among other items. What Now Houston reached out to David Greenwood for further comment; he was unavailable as of publishing time.
