Nando’s PERi-PERi, the renowned South African restaurant famous for its flavorful flame-grilled chicken, is expanding its Houston footprint with a new location in the heart of Montrose. Slated to open at 1111 Westheimer Rd, the 3,100-square-foot space will become the brand’s third Houston outpost, joining its Galleria and Post Oak locations. The new restaurant will offer seating for 84 guests inside, with an additional 34 spots available on a charming patio shaded by mature trees. This prime location sits within the historic Tower Theater redevelopment, helmed by Radom Capital, a firm known for revitalizing some of Houston’s most iconic spaces.

With ample surface parking and prime Westheimer frontage, the restaurant is set to attract both locals and visitors who flock to this dynamic neighborhood.
Scheduled to open in mid-2025, the Montrose Nando’s will feature the brand’s signature menu, offering marinated, flame-grilled PERi-PERi chicken in an array of heat levels, alongside wraps, salads, and bowls.
