Chen told What Now Houston IYKYK will offer three different types of ice cream to customers. The first is traditional scoops of ice cream, while the second option gives customers the chance to choose toppings to add to the ice cream. “This machine turns the ice cream into soft-serve with those toppings while keeping all the toppings very crispy and crunchy, so it creates a lot of texture within the ice cream. The third option is they are able to turn it into a milkshake,” Chen said.

Chen is local to Houston and is excited to bring the IYKYK concept to the area. “I always loved Blizzards and milkshakes growing up. I want to offer Houston something where they can really create their own,” Chen said. “I want to keep it very fun and innovative, and this type of concept will allow the customers to be very interactive in the creation of ice cream of their flavor.”

The Railway Heights Market will be the first location for the IYKYK ice cream concept. The food hall offers indoor and outdoor seating, as well as a greenery area to play. “It’s a very fun location for families to come out to. It’s very family friendly, also pet friendly,” Chen said.
