PKL Social will include big-screen televisions, yard games, and a dog-friendly patio and lawn, according to an Instagram post.

PKL Social will offer several pickleball courts for players to catch a game or two. Pickleball has gained popularity in recent years. Pickleball players can play as singles or doubles. A paddle is used to hit a ball back and forth over a net on a small court.

People can pay to play, and PKL Social also plans to host league play and clinics, according to a Houston Chronicle article. When it comes to food, the sports bar will feature a menu of burgers, tacos, sandwiches, and wings.

The owners of FM Kitchen & Bar are developing the PKL Social concept. Jason Mok, FM and PKL Social Operating Partner, told the Chronicle that pickleball is relatively easy to learn, and they wanted to make it more accessible by combining the game with a sports bar atmosphere.
