Owner Dimitri Fetokakis hopes to open the new location in the fall of 2023. Niko Niko’s currently serves guests at locations in Montrose, the Memorial/Spring Branch area, and at Market Square Park in Houston.

The Niko Niko’s menu features breakfast items dubbed “Greekfast” including the Mediterranean Pita with spinach, scrambled eggs, diced onions and tomatoes, and feta cheese in a warm pita bread, Spanakopita with spinach and feta, and Baklava French Toast.

Appetizers include the Greek Cheese and Olive Platter, hummus, and a Pita Quesadilla, which is a Tex-Mex classic with a Greek twist. Soups, salads, sandwiches, and a variety of plates such as Greek Chicken Parmesan and Stuffed Bell Pepper are also on the menu.
