Monty Montgomery, Group Vice President, shared updates on the progress of the first Houston-area stand, located at 9207 FM 723 Rd, Richmond, TX 77406. Anticipated to open by year’s end, this location will set the tone for P. Terry’s presence in Houston, featuring a dine-in restaurant with a double drive-thru to cater to the city’s fast-paced lifestyle.

Hot on the heels of the Richmond location, P. Terry’s is already eyeing early 2025 for the opening of its next stand in Gleannloch Farms. Like its predecessor, this location promises to offer both dine-in and double drive-thru options, ensuring that the signature P. Terry’s experience is accessible to all. But the excitement doesn’t stop there; Montgomery revealed that the chain is in the permitting process for a third location at 10305 W Grand Pkwy S, Richmond, TX 77407, within The Grand At Aliana development. While the completion date remains TBD, Montgomery is hopeful for a fall 2025 opening, marking yet another milestone in the brand’s Houston expansion.

Beyond these confirmed sites, P. Terry’s has even more in store for Houston. Although Montgomery remained tight-lipped about the specifics, he hinted at ongoing negotiations for additional locations, including two new restaurant designs that have yet to be unveiled. One of these forthcoming designs, which Montgomery has been developing for six years, promises to be a standout feature in the brand’s expansion.

As P. Terry’s continues its journey into Houston, the anticipation is palpable. With a combination of innovative new designs and the beloved double drive-thru convenience, P. Terry’s is set to become a staple in the Houston dining scene, bringing a slice of Austin’s burger magic to the Bayou City.
