According to a recent project filing, Paris Baguette will open at 9110 Bellaire Blvd., Ste. C in Houston with an interior build out for the 4,400-square-foot restaurant starting next spring. Fall of 2023 could be the opening date.

Paris Baguette offers cakes by the slice or whole, and an array of pastries—donuts, croissants, hand pies, and more. Diners can also enjoy classic and seasonal salads and gourmet sandwiches, as well as coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.

The filing lists Jim Wang as the tenant for the new Paris Baguette.  Wang owns other restaurants in the Houston area including The Baked Bear and JINYA Ramen Bars. Wang is also a partner with the Gen Korean BBQ concept.

Paris Baguette is expanding across the U.S. and has other locations in Texas including in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex and Austin. A Katy storefront opened earlier this month, and another location is planned for 1304 Blalock Rd., according to the Paris Baguette website. The franchise is expected to continue its growth across the state.
