What Now Houston earlier reported on another project filing that stated restaurateur James Wang will open a Paris Baguette in Houston’s Chinatown in late 2023 at 9110 Bellaire Blvd., Ste. C. Wang is also listed as the tenant for the Westheimer location. Wang is known for other restaurants in the Houston area including Gen Korean BBQ, JINYA Ramen Bars, and The Baked Bear.

Besides pastries, gourmet sandwiches, and seasonal and classic salads, Paris Baguette offers cake by the slice or whole. Diners can also enjoy crafted coffees and tea.
