Tejas Beer by Gulf Coast Distillers is making waves in the Houston craft beer scene with the announcement of its new location at 2101 Summer St, just west of downtown.

Gulf Coast Distillers, a renowned name in the spirits industry, has a rich history of producing high-quality spirits and craft beverages. Its inspiration hails from a booming coffee business extending generations that eventually birthed the idea to distill spirits. Fast-forward and they are now the largest distillery west of the Mississippi, as their website claims.

Tejas Beer is celebrated for its nod to Texas roots, providing a consistent flavor that can be enjoyed anytime and anyone from both their Clara and Negra Texas craft brews. The new location at Sawyer Yards will have three stories where patrons will have access to food, beer, cocktails, coffee, and event spaces. And they boast of unforgettable views of Houston that will be seen while visiting their Summer Street location.

The brewery is set to open its doors in Summer 2024, adding a fresh destination for craft beer enthusiasts in the city. With renovations underway, Gulf Coast Distillers will soon be providing the people of Houston with a taste of hospitality and modernity unlike no other.
