RAKKAN Ramen currently has one Houston location in The Heights. President of Vondry EnterprisesChristopher Lav, opened Houston’s first location, and Lav’s second location is expected to open at 12645 Tomball Pkwy., Ste. 500 in Houston by the end of 2022.

Lav’s third addition to the brand in the Greater Houston area could be located at 2550 CityWest Blvd., #400, Houston, TX 77042, according to a state project filing. The nearly 2,000-square-foot restaurant could open sometime in the early spring of 2023.

RAKKAN Ramen features a vegetarian broth in its dishes. A Dashi Bomb amps up the flavor. “Dashi is a traditional Japanese soup stock that is full of Umami, which brings out the best in each ingredient,” stated the RAKKAN Ramen website.
