The scope of work for the project includes interior finish modifications, updated graphic signage, and décor enhancements to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. A new entry canopy will also be added, along with a metal canopy over the dumpster area, providing practical improvements to the exterior. While no additional square footage will be added to the building, the remodel is expected to breathe new life into the space and attract both longtime fans and new patrons to the steakhouse.

Construction is slated to begin in October 2024, with a projected completion date of February 2025. Once complete, the restaurant is expected to offer the full Saltgrass menu, featuring sizzling steaks, slow-cooked BBQ, and a range of hearty sides. With its prime location in the bustling Gulfgate Mall area, this new addition is poised to become a favorite destination for Houstonians looking to indulge in classic steakhouse fare.
