In Richmond, Swig’s newest location at 10803 W Grand Pkwy S is currently under construction. This facility, which comes with an estimated cost of $550,000, is a ground-up build designed specifically for Swig’s unique business model. Spanning 656 square feet, this location will be dedicated to preparing and serving Swig’s wide variety of gourmet soda drinks. The Richmond facility will feature a drive-thru window where all customer interactions will take place, ensuring a quick and efficient service. The building itself will only be occupied by employees, streamlining operations and maintaining a focus on the high-quality beverage offerings that Swig is known for.

Meanwhile, in Missouri City, Swig is set to break ground on another exciting project at 20210 Fort Bend Parkway. This new location, estimated at a cost of $800,000, will also be a drive-thru facility, covering 735 square feet.
