Fox Restaurant Concepts is bringing The Henry, its signature all-day American brasserie, to 700 Town and Country Blvd #2700. According to a recently filed permit, the Houston location will be an impressive undertaking, with an estimated project cost of $3.34 million. The scope of the work involves a major tenant improvement to an existing shell building, transforming it into a stunning, single-story restaurant with a total of 7,175 square feet of interior space. An additional 1,720 square feet of covered patio will offer a prime outdoor dining experience.
The new Henry will feature Type II-B construction and blend modern design elements with warm, inviting spaces. The expansive layout will provide ample room for dining, events, and private gatherings, enhancing its appeal as a go-to neighborhood spot. With its prime location and sophisticated yet approachable vibe, this latest addition to Houston’s bustling food scene is poised to become a local favorite.
Fox Restaurant Concepts’ decision to bring The Henry to Town & Country Village reflects the growing demand for unique dining experiences in the area. Construction is slated to begin in March 2025, with a completion target of October 2025.
