The Kebab Shop, a Mediterranean fast-casual chain known for its succulent grilled meats and fresh, flavorful sides, is expanding its footprint in Texas with a new location in Sugar Land. The new eatery is set to open at 13607 University Blvd #100, according to a recently filed permit, and the estimated cost of the project is $275,000.

The 1,847-square-foot restaurant will feature a modern interior build-out, transforming the existing shell space into a vibrant dining destination. The scope of work includes a full kitchen installation and the signature Mediterranean-inspired décor that has become a staple of The Kebab Shop’s brand. This new location will give Sugar Land residents a chance to enjoy a wide variety of grilled kebabs, wraps, and freshly prepared salads, perfect for lunch, dinner, or catering events.

The Kebab Shop aims to establish itself as a go-to spot for fresh, flavorful meals that cater to diverse palates. The new Sugar Land location will not only provide the area with another dining option but will also enhance the growing culinary landscape of the University Blvd area. Fans of Mediterranean cuisine can look forward to the restaurant’s renowned dishes such as chicken shawarma, lamb kebabs, falafel, and more, served in a fast-casual setting designed for both dine-in and take-out convenience.

The work expected to begin in November 2024 and be completed by February 2025.
