Huntsville is about to welcome a fresh culinary experience with the arrival of The Raven Italian Bistro and Bar, set to open its doors at 1220 Sam Houston Ave. The new venture, led by Owner Alfred Limani, promises to bring a taste of Italy to the heart of this historic Texas town, transforming a former BBQ restaurant into an inviting Italian eatery and bar.
According to the permit filed for the project, the renovation is estimated to cost $150,000 and will involve a comprehensive transformation of the 5,000 square foot space. The work will repurpose the existing structure, which once housed a beloved BBQ joint, into a stylish and contemporary bistro.
Limani has yet to release further details about the menu or specific features of The Raven.
As Huntsville eagerly awaits the completion of The Raven Italian Bistro and Bar, it’s clear that Limani’s new venture will be a significant addition to the local dining scene, offering residents and visitors alike a new place to gather, dine, and celebrate the flavors of Italy.
