Adams told What Now Houston he hopes to get access to the space in early September to start the buildout in the new construction and open within the next six months. “With the way things are going, with the backlog, and with the things that are backordered, we’re hoping for the first of January.”

The Magnolia Toasted Yolk will be Adams’ first location. “We are super excited. It’s such a great restaurant and concept, and that area is just growing,” Adams said. “Even though we haven’t taken possession of the building or started building out, we’ve got that sign out front. I’ve already got a lot of response, so we’re really looking forward to that.”

The menu features breakfast and lunch items, as well as a coffees, beer, wine, and specialty drinks. You can enjoy several types of omelettes with a mimosa or try The Toasted Yolk Bloody Mary with the Cowboy Scramble, which features two split buttermilk biscuits topped with bacon, sausage, ham, onions, scrambled eggs, and country sausage gravy.

The Arnolds breakfast selection includes a variety of Eggs Benedict served with your choice of hashbrown casserole or grits. Brunch bowls, scrambles, pancakes, and more are also on the breakfast menu. A variety of soups, salads, and sandwiches are featured as lunch options.
