The Missouri City space is nearly 2,500-square-feet, and the proposed minor renovations could be complete sometime this summer. The Houston space at Texas Medical Center is about 2,000-square-feet and will also need minor interior work, which could be complete in late summer, according to the project filing.

You can choose one of the fresh, menu favorites or build your own meal at CAVA starting with a base of salad, pita, rice, or other options. You can then add your choice of a dip or spread—hummus, roasted eggplant, tzatziki, Crazy Feta, etc. Proteins such as grilled chicken, spicy lamb meatballs, and falafel can be added, as well as your choice of toppings and dressing.

CAVA was founded by Dimitri Moshovitis, Ted Xenohristos, Ike Grigoropoulos, and Brett Schulman, according to the CAVA website. The first CAVA opened in 2010, and the fast-casual brand now has locations across the U.S. including about 30 in the Lone Star State with half a dozen in the Houston area.
