Franchisee Lyna McGuire is spearheading the project, bringing her passion for quality confections and community to this bustling part of the city.

According to the recently approved permit, the new Shipley Do-Nuts will undergo a comprehensive renovation and alteration, with an estimated cost of $250,000. This significant investment will cover the 1,828 square foot interior build-out, including all necessary mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) work.

The renovation will transform the existing space into a modern, inviting donut shop, ensuring that every detail enhances the customer experience. The warm, welcoming interior designand efficient layout that allows for quick service will create a destination that not only serves delicious donuts but also fosters a sense of community.

The project is set to begin in August 2024, with an expected completion date of October 2024. Houston residents can look forward to indulging in their favorite donuts, kolaches, and coffee in a brand-new, beautifully designed shop.
