A New Luce Coffee Rosters is expected to open in Katy later this year, What Now Houston has learned though official documents. An opening date has not been made official yet. Documents, however, have confirmed the new coffee shop will be a build out in an existing HEB at 25675 Nelson Way. This will be the local coffee chain’s fourth location in the Greater Houston Area.

According to their website, Luce Coffee Roasters is “a specialty coffee roastery and cafe proudly brewing for the Houston community.” The company offers a variety of products. They brew both hot and cold coffee; offer a variety of classes including latte art, roasting, and brewing; and sell coffee equipment and coffee beans among other items. Coffee bean subscriptions are available as well.

What Now Houston reached out to Luce Coffee Roasters owner Helen Choi for more information about the new location in Katy. Choi politely declined to comment at this time.
