Houston’s culinary scene is set to receive an exciting addition as Annie and Salman Khan, the dynamic duo behind the popular OMG! Burger, announce the upcoming launch of OMG Restaurant and Bar, according to the permit on file. It is slated to open at 5333 Westheimer Rd in the bustling Galleria area.
The project will involve a comprehensive renovation and alteration of the existing 3,000-square-foot space, with an estimated cost of $400,000. The scope of work includes constructing an interior restaurant and bar within the existing building, providing a modern and inviting atmosphere for patrons.
It is currently unclear if OMG Restaurant and Bar will be a sister concept to the successful OMG! Burger or another location of the beloved burger joint itself. Either way, this will surely become a new hotspot. With their proven track record of culinary success, the new establishment is expected to become a go-to destination for both locals and visitors alike.
The renovation is set to commence in July 2024, with a projected completion date in November 2024.
