Snooze, an A.M. Eatery Planning Another Houston Spot

A menu full of breakfast foods and cocktails awaits diners at this restaurant.

It appears as though lovers of Snooze, an A.M. Eatery will have another Houston location to enjoy breakfast, brunch, and lunch. The latest addition to the brand will be located in a 3,600-square-foot space at 3191 W. Holcombe Ave. in Houston, according to leasing intel obtained by What Now Houston.

Snooze offers an extensive menu. A variety of Benedicts, omelets, burritos, pancakes, tacos, and more are offered.  Plant-based menu options are also available.

If you’re in the mood for a cocktail, you’re in luck. Snooze offers a variety of cocktails ranging from a mimosa and bloody Mary to an espresso martini and margarita, plus beer and wine. Specialty coffees, teas, and juices are also available.

Brothers Jon and Adam Schlegel first established Snooze in Colorado in 2006, and the chain has grown to include restaurants across Arizona, California, Texas, and other states. Snooze has four locations across Houston, as well as restaurants in The Woodlands, Katy, and Webster. There’s no word on when Snooze on W. Holcombe Blvd. might open to the public.
