Bol aims to revolutionize the bowl concept by infusing it with the vibrant, bold flavors of Indian cuisine. Each bowl is a fusion of traditional Indian spices, grilled meats, and fresh vegetables, paired with house-made hummus, sauces, and dressings. “With Bol, we wanted to create a concept that blends the vibrant, bold flavors of Indian cuisine with the simplicity and convenience of a bowl,” says Preet Paul Singh, Co-Founder of Kahani Social Group. “It’s a fresh take on tradition, designed for modern lifestyles without compromising on quality or taste.”

Focusing on sustainability and quality, Bol sources its ingredients from local farms and reliable suppliers, ensuring that every bowl is crafted with care. Whether you’re stopping by for a quick lunch or enjoying a flavorful dinner, Bol offers an array of options designed to appeal to every palate, all in a fast-casual, counter-service setting.

Set to open later in Fall 2024, Bol will provide both lunch and dinner service, offering Houstonians a new way to experience the flavors of India in a modern, accessible format. With their history of culinary excellence through ventures like Amrina and Jashn Catering, the Kahani Social Group is once again proving their dedication to innovative dining experiences.
