Duck N Bao is expanding its footprint with what is speculated to be a third location at 5215 Kelvin Dr., according to a permit filed with the state.

From its inception, Duck N Bao has managed to capture the hearts of Houstonians with its unique twist on traditional bao and its delectable duck offerings. From the look and feel of its website, the brand positions itself as a blend of tradition and modernity. The mix of authentic flavors with a touch of innovation has clearly resonated with the city’s foodies, propelling the company to open a third outlet.

Though exact details of the renovation remain under wraps, if the brand’s two other locations are anything to go by, customers can expect a mix of traditional charm with contemporary design elements. This flair for design, combined with their signature dishes, will undoubtedly make the Kelvin Dr. location a hotspot for both new and returning patrons.

The new location is slated to start its renovation and alteration on the previously shuttered Zoes Kitchen beginning in October 2023. The expected completion date is set in April 2024 with an estimated cost of $250,000
