David Z. Mafrige Interests (DZMI) has acquired The Tower at 290, a prominent 12-story, Class A office building located at 13430 Northwest Freeway in Houston. Stream Realty Partners, a national commercial real estate firm offering an integrated platform of services, has been engaged to represent DZMI in the leasing of the building. Stream Vice President Matt Asvestas and Senior Associate Danielle Rothchild are spearheading the effort on behalf of DZMI.

The Tower at 290, which DZMI acquired at the end of February, has 245,846 square feet of prime office space strategically situated in the Northwest submarket just minutes from the junction of U.S. 290 and Loop 610. DZMI is committed to enhancing the property’s appeal with renovations underway in the lobby. There are further amenity and common area upgrades planned.
