China Express is confirmed to open a new outlet at the Town Park Plaza located at 6000 S Gessner Rd.
David Ou, the owner of the soon-to-launch eatery, was not available for an immediate comment. The concept of the new restaurant remains speculative, but it’s anticipated that the restaurant will offer a carefully curated menu with traditional staples.
The choice of location at Town Park Plaza has a mix of retailers. China Express therefore will be contributing to the footfall for surrounding businesses and supplying a new dining spot to patrons of surrounding businesses. And with the details of the restaurant’s concept still under wraps, the element of surprise only adds to the excitement around the launch.
Ou has signed a lease for a 1,894 square-foot space in the plaza scheduled to begin its lease in July 2023 per a comp report pulled by What Now Houston. China Express is set to operate in this location for a minimum period of five years.
