Richmond, Texas is set to welcome a new addition to its coffee scene as Ziggi’s Coffee announces its latest franchise location at 11434 FM 1464. The new store marks the entry of entrepreneur Vance Baker into the world of coffee franchising. Baker, a former professional in the Oil and Gas industry, has taken a significant leap into the café sector with Ziggi’s, a renowned coffee franchise known for its commitment to quality and community-focused approach.
This venture represents his first foray into the franchise world, with aspirations to expand further in the future. “This will be my first Ziggi’s store, but I plan to open multiple locations,” he added, signaling his ambitious vision for the brand’s growth.
The Richmond location of Ziggi’s Coffee promises to offer a unique experience for its customers. Baker emphasized the family-friendly nature of the establishment, featuring a kid’s menu, full-service café, and convenient drive-thru. In a nod to modern consumer habits, the store will also include a pre-order app, enhancing the customer experience through technology.
Reflecting on his career transition, Baker shared, “I was in the Oil and Gas industry for roughly 20 years but recently ‘retired’ from the industry and bought into Ziggi’s Franchise.” This new chapter in Baker’s professional life signifies a significant shift, showcasing his adaptability and entrepreneurial spirit.
The Ziggi’s Coffee location in Richmond is currently in its development phase, with the building shell expected in January and a 3-4 month build-out period to meet Ziggi’s specifications. If all goes according to plan, the community will be able to enjoy their first cup of Ziggi’s coffee by May 2024.
