In a candid conversation, Harris shared with What Now Houston, “The idea came from my son who told me about it, and I found it be to be very intriguing.” This innovative form of serving ice cream was a shift from her initial inclination towards a conventional ice cream parlor. The appeal of rolled ice cream doesn’t just lie in its presentation, but also in its adaptability. Harris found it to be a medium that allowed her to stretch her creative wings, experimenting with flavors in ways she hadn’t considered before.

The excitement isn’t merely confined to the flavors. The location itself has become a beacon of intrigue. With a sign already up at the location, it’s catching the eyes and stirring the curiosity of both pedestrians and motorists. And given the proximity to numerous schools and sporting events, it’s poised to become a favorite spot for families and youth.

“I want it to be vibrant and something that attracts everyone,” remarked Harris. To ensure a wide appeal, the menu has been crafted with input from family and friends. In addition to the mainstay flavors, patrons can look forward to specialty and seasonal varieties. But ice cream isn’t where it stops. Harris is working on broadening the menu, integrating popular requests like candy, cookies, and more. Understanding the diverse dietary needs of today’s population, Roling Sweet Tooth will also cater to the vegan community with its offerings.

A visit to the shop’s website, rollingsweettooth.com, provides a deeper dive into its flavor landscape and what’s to come for the residents of Humble and the surrounding area.

Mid-October looks to be the expected opening time frame, so future patrons don’t have long to wait.
