Chili’s is set to fire up the grill in Willis as the popular casual dining chain prepares to open a brand-new location at the corner of N Fwy Service Rd and Waverly St. According to a recently issued permit, the project will see a tenant finish-out of a 5,161-square-foot space, with an estimated cost of $1.3 million.

The new location will bring the beloved Chili’s experience to the growing Willis community, offering a convenient and welcoming spot for residents and travelers alike to enjoy the chain’s signature dishes, including their famous Baby Back Ribs and sizzling fajitas.

The upcoming Willis location is part of Chili’s ongoing expansion strategy, aiming to cater to the increasing demand in suburban areas. Construction is expected to kick off in January 2025, with completion slated for August 2025.
