The scope of work outlines a substantial tenant build-out within a pre-existing 9,200 square foot building, adopting a Type II-b construction framework. This ambitious renovation aims to transform the space into a contemporary and welcoming sports bar environment, synonymous with the Buffalo Wild Wings brand. Patrons can expect an array of high-definition screens, an enhanced audio system for live sports, and, of course, the chain’s signature wings and array of sauces.

Missouri City’s strategic location and growing population make it an ideal choice for the new Buffalo Wild Wings outlet. This expansion is not just about increasing the number of locations but is also focused on enhancing customer experience and accessibility. The Aspire2B Hospitality Group has expressed their enthusiasm for the project, emphasizing their commitment to creating a vibrant community hub that caters to families and sports enthusiasts alike.

Scheduled to commence in June 2024 with a completion date in October 2024, the project promises to rejuvenate the existing structure previously categorized under “M” occupancy.
