Guzman and Usuga, both previously with careers in the public sector in Colombia, have always shared a profound love for coffee. Coffee, they believe, is a central part of our lives, and the two have spent considerable time studying its intricacies.. Their journey from Colombia to the United States is driven by this shared passion. After living in the U.S. for ten months and with family ties in the area, they decided Houston was the perfect place to launch their dream.
Cafe Tales Specialty isn’t just about serving coffee; it’s about imparting knowledge and sharing a passion. Their goal is to create a space where coffee isn’t just consumed, but experienced. Those visiting the coffee shop can expect to learn about different coffee-making techniques and the rich history behind each cup.
Beyond offering a unique coffee experience, the couple is determined to make a significant impact in the local community. They envision Cafe Tales Specialty as a gathering place for coffee enthusiasts and a hub for cultural exchange.
