Neither co-owner was available for comment as of this publishing, but Chocolotta is set to occupy the space of an erstwhile bank, according to a permit. With an estimated renovation cost of $125,000, the project involves converting the 3,621 square feet property into a dessert shop that is speculated to be an immersive experience.
