Franchise Owner Joe Zaki is set for his next outpost of Charleys Philly Steaks to be located within Walmart at 27650 TX-249 #400, Tomball, TX 77375 replacing a shuttered chinese restaurant.
Zaki, who has been associated with Charleys Philly Steaks since 2013, is excited to open his second franchise following his successful debut also inside a Walmart. His career transition from veterinarian to a franchisee isn’t a traditional career path, but his passion for providing quality products and exceptional customer experiences drove him to take this leap. In fact, he sums up his business philosophy by saying, “I’m not selling a product, I’m selling a service. The experience is what lasts.”
Charleys Philly Steaks, known for its signature sandwiches and gourmet fries, has always emphasized customer experience and quality, a vision Zaki shares and implements in his franchises. His commitment to maintain a clean environment and provide top-notch service has made his first location a popular stop for shoppers.
The entrepreneurial journey for Zaki is far from over. His expansion efforts include upwards of seven to eight more locations in the next three years of the Charleys Philly Steaks brand. His ambition is to continue offering a lasting, enjoyable experience for customers through the brand he has come to believe in.
The anticipated grand opening is set for November/December 2023 where Zaki will be offering discounts, promotions, and giveaways.
