Haywire, known for its Texas-inspired cuisine and extensive whiskey and wine selections, announced the grand opening of its newest location in Houston on Monday, May 20. This is Haywire’s third location.

Located at 947 North Gessner Road in Memorial, the new multi-level restaurant spans an impressive 20,000 square feet, featuring a variety of distinctive dining spaces crafted to elevate the culinary journey of its patrons. The restaurant features multiple private event spaces for hosting small or large gatherings. Among the highlights is the 2,000-square-foot Party Barn, boasting over 100 seats and its own bar, making it the largest Haywire establishment to date.

Emphasizing local flavors, Haywire’s menu delivers an authentic experience through a true farm-to-fork menu complete with partners representing every corner of the state. Guests are encouraged to journey through Haywire’s curated menu of locally sourced ingredients and heritage recipes. Each plate on the menu has a story. The Lump Crab is a nod to the Texas Gulf Coast, while the 33 oz. Tomahawk ribeye is an ode to the rancher whose herds graze in East Texas. The signature Elk Tacos and Queso Blanco fulfill your Tex-Mex cravings from Southern and West Texas.

In addition to its cuisine, Haywire boasts an extensive collection of over 400 bottles of wine and 200 whiskey selections, celebrating the best of Texas and beyond. The restaurant’s design draws inspiration from Texas destinations.
