The Haywire menu features ranch-to-table ingredients from local suppliers. “We’re taking the Texas dining experience to a new level,” the brand’s website promised.

Diners can begin the meal with Texas Gulf Ceviche, Lump Crab Dip, or Pork Belly “Burnt Ends.” Mini Elk Tacos, Black-Eyed Pea Hummus, and Queso Blanco are also options. The menu includes a variety of soups and salads, as well as hand-crafted burgers and sandwiches.

Texas Plates at Haywire feature Chicken Fried Steak or Chicken, Grilled Chipotle Meatloaf, several steak options, and more offered with a selection of sides—buttermilk chive whipped potatoes, sauteed green beans, and green chile white cheddar grits, to name a few. Guests can choose from a variety of beverages from the full bar including beer, wine, and specialty cocktails.

Haywire currently has two locations in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex—one in Plano and a second in Uptown Dallas. Haywire is part of FB Society, a restaurant group behind other concepts such as Velvet Taco, Sixty Vines, Son of a Butcher, and Mexican Sugar.
