In a bold move that’s set to shake up the health food scene, JUS + BOL, the brainchild of Co-Owner Nada Basheer, promises a revolutionary take on the beloved acai bowl set for 18822 W Airport Blvd Bldg D, Suite #100, Richmond, TX 77406. Departing from the traditional blended fare, JUS + BOL introduces an innovative concept where acai is served scoopable, akin to ice cream, allowing for a unique texture and experience.

In an exclusive interview, Basheer shared her excitement about the venture, emphasizing the uniqueness of the scoopable acai and the vast selection of toppings that aim to cater to every palate. Her vision is to offer a customizable “build your own bowl” approach, featuring unlimited toppings and a wide array of fruit options, all while maintaining a commitment to vegan and sugar-free ingredients. And while she remained reserved about the full spectrum of offerings, hinting at surprises in store, the enthusiasm for this novel concept was palpable.

The financial and logistical groundwork for JUS + BOL is already underway, with an estimated $250,000 investment in an interior lease build-out of a 1,458 square foot cafe space, according to a permit on file. This considerable investment highlights the ambitious scale of the project and Basheer’s confidence in its success. No website or social media presence are yet established, but are in the works to be published soon where future patrons will be able to follow along their journey and gather more information prior to doors opening.

The anticipation is building as the launch date nears, with June or July 2024 marked as the pivotal moment when JUS + BOL will officially welcome health enthusiasts and food adventurers alike.
