Nothing Bundt Cakes is opening its first location in Lake Jackson. The Lake Jackson location will be the second Greater Houston storefront for co-owner Ana Rondon and will be located at 411 This Way St.
Rondon and her business partner are working on construction plans and equipment purchases. They hope to open the Lake Jackson location in late November or early December of this year.
They purchased their first Nothing Bundt Cakes location in Houston’s Energy Corridor at 14555 Memorial Dr Suite 200, Houston, TX 77079 in December 2020 when the owner decided to retire. Rondon told What Now Houston they were customers and felt it was meant to be. Less than two years later, they began talks to open a second storefront.
“We are super ready to share this with everyone. People know that we will be open and then bring the joy to everybody,” Rondon said.
Nothing Bundt Cakes offers 8” and 10” bundt cakes that can be ordered individually or tiered. Bundtlets are mini-bundt cakes, and Bundtinis are more bite-sized bundt cakes offered by the dozen.
Flavors include chocolate, red velvet, lemon, confetti, and others. “I love strawberries and cream. It’s delicious. Pumpkin pie that will come at fall time, those are my favorite ones, and vanilla. Vanilla is like the most simple one, but it still tastes delicious,” Rondon shared.
Rondon looks forward to being a part of the Lake Jackson community. “We love to support our schools. So, we are looking forward to try to start working with everybody and sharing with everybody our delicious cake.”
Nothing Bundt Cakes was founded in 1997 and has more than 400 locations across the country and Canada. Each bakery also offers merchandise including gifts, party supplies, and more.
