The brand which serves up Latin-inspired American classics, will open its doors on Friday, Dec. 8 at 10201 Katy Freeway, Suite 200, next to Memorial Hermann Hospital and near Memorial City Mall. The grand opening will kick off with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 10:45 a.m. To celebrate the new digs, the first 100 people in line will receive the brand’s signature Pincho Burger for FREE. After the first 100, the Pincho Burger will cost just $5 all day long.

The Memorial City PINCHO is the brand’s 12th location overall, with the original 10 located in Miami. The restaurant’s hours of operation are 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, and 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday.

“The PINCHO team is thrilled to further expand our brand into Texas,” said co-founder Otto Othman in a statement. “We’ve had a great reception at our Cypress location, as guests have really responded to our vibrant South Florida dining experience – and we’re sure that Miami’s favorite burger will catch on with the Memorial Houston community as well!”

PINCHO is proud to be investing in the Houston community with give-back campaigns and local vendors. For its buns, it will partner with Houston bakery Bread Man Baking Co. Additionally, PINCHO will donate 100% of its profits on opening day to Houston Children’s Charity and will offer a 25% discount for first responders all year round.
