“The renovation will primarily be a refresh to the exterior and updates to the interior with new wall coverings, furniture, bathroom, and lobby,” Hamer said. These renovations are part of Taco Bell’s corporate requirement to periodically update its locations to keep them current with brand standards and customer expectations.

Taco Bell, a subsidiary of Yum! Brands Inc., has a long-standing history as an innovator in the quick-service restaurant industry. Known for their craveable, affordable Mexican-inspired food, Taco Bell strives to provide customers with a unique and enjoyable dining experience. This renovation, as a result, will further improve customer experience by providing a modernized, comfortable, and vibrant atmosphere in line with the brand’s identity.

As part of B&G Foods’ mission to provide consumers with high-quality, well-known food brands, this renovation is not just about maintaining Taco Bell’s iconic image, but also about delivering an even better dining experience to customers. B&G Foods Inc., founded by Hamer, has grown its portfolio to include over 50 well-known and loved brands, earning them a significant spot in the food industry.

The current permit on file with the city shows a project start date in September 2023 and completion in October 2023, costing approximately $170,000.
