In the heart of Manvel, a new business venture is set to take off. Benjamin Golemo, a former army officer and engineer within the chemical industry, is stepping into the world of entrepreneurship as a franchise co-owner of Jersey Mike’s Subs to be located at 17307 Hwy 6 #06, Manvel, TX 77578.
With his first franchise and first business ownership, Benjamin is ready to build something of his own and leave his mark on the community with the help of his wife and franchise co-co-owner, Dee Golemo. Benjamin’s passion for the brand goes beyond mere business interests. With five children who all share his love for Jersey Mike’s, Golemo knows firsthand the power of the sub shop’s appeal. It’s a rare occasion when his entire family agrees on a dining option, making Jersey Mike’s Subs a go-to destination for them.
Jersey Mike’s Subs is known for fresh quality and daily prepared meats and vegetables, including the bread. The brand not only offers flavorful subs to their area’s customers, but strive to give back to the community around them through local charity organizations.
“Our goal isn’t to just sell sandwiches, but to truly contribute to the Manvel community,” Benjamin said.
The permit on file with the city shows the space to be 1400 square feet within an existing shell. The aim is for Manvel’s Jersey Mike’s Sub location to be open by the end of 2023.
