The Sylvie, according to the Houston Business Journal, aims to blend traditional French elegance with a casual European bistro vibe, providing a versatile dining atmosphere suited for both quick business lunches and relaxed evening dining. From morning to evening, the restaurant plans to serve a full range of dining options. Early risers can look forward to a sophisticated breakfast menu, midday diners can enjoy freshly prepared salads and artisan sandwiches, and evening guests can indulge in a full dinner service featuring the best of French-European cuisine.

Adding to its appeal, The Sylvie will feature a grab-and-go section offering an assortment of pastries, sandwiches, and salads, perfect for the downtown crowd in a hurry. Artisanal coffee selections will be available throughout the day, catering to the needs of coffee enthusiasts seeking quality brews alongside their meals.

As it prepares to open alongside its sibling, Dune Road, which will also be located within Texas Tower, The Sylvie is set to become a cornerstone of the local dining scene come Summer 2024.
