Both Salad and Go locations would be just over 800 square feet and would provide drive-thru and pick-up service. Salad and Go offers soups, salads, wraps, breakfast burritos, and flavorful lemonades, teas, and cold brews.

The Arizona-based restaurant’s mission is “to make fresh, nutritious food convenient and affordable for ALL,” according to the brand’s website. Salads are served as hearty portions with house-made dressings. Some menu options include the Buffalo Chicken, Caesar, and Cobb salads. You can also try a variety of wraps including the Jalapeno Ranch, Greek, or Caprese wrap.

Several Salad and Go locations are already in the works for the Greater Houston area including at Bellfort and Harlem in Richmond, FM 1463 and Fulshear Bend in Katy, and at League City Pkwy. and South Shore in League City.
